We have bought and sold five properties in 50 years, and Victoria was by far the best realtor we’ve dealt with. She was always prompt if not early, quick to respond to phone or written inquiries and she was knowledgeable about all aspects of the transaction. She was helpful in recommending contractors and even worked to find the best place to donate unneeded items....We have bought and sold five properties in 50 years, and Victoria was by far the best realtor we’ve dealt with. Victoria was on top of her game from the start to the finish! I could not be more pleased with her performance. She knew what I was looking for and did not waste time showing properties that didn't meet my needs. I would highly recommend Victoria to anyone looking to buy or sell.

She is so friendly and personable but also a hard negotiator (Will get you the best deal). She listened to what we were looking for and brought us a great opportunity on Anna Maria Island. She knows AMI very well having grown up and live there. The deal almost fell through due to inspection issues including termites, a new roof, and a hurricane causing some damage. She has the connections to get projects done to close timely and keep a favorable interest rate. She offers great advice on the ever-changing market and pricing. Read more

Victoria is the pinnacle of a professional. Her knowledge of the market and area sets her apart from the others. She has incredible attention to detail and isn’t afraid to do the work and find things that you won’t find on a website.
